Kelly was so helpful with the recent passing of my son. From my first call to make arrangements when my son was in palliative care, she was compassionate, knowledgeable and spent time with me assuring that all my needs would be met. She went above and beyond what I had expected, helping with paperwork, answering my calls and questions, she was always available for me. Even providing a beautiful velvet bag for my sons remains. Kelly definitely made this terrible time much easier on me. Thank you again Kelly !
