Obituary of Larry Wills

The unexpected death of Larry Wills occurred peacefully at Algonquin Grace Hospice on January 20, 2021. Larry leaves behind his wife and soul mate, Priscilla, and his younger brother, Neil, his children: Lee Brodie (Bob), Paul, Ann Stephenson (Kirk), Neil (Robin), Jason (Kristen), his step children: Kathy Christie (Paul), Gord Lewis (Carrie), Jennifer Lewis, Kim Reid, Scott Wills, Cindy Brown (Paul), and his 34 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, his fur baby, Lilac, and many great friends. Larry’s life began December 26, 1938, in Dunnville, Ontario. He moved and lived in many communities throughout Ontario and also Kamloops, BC. Everywhere he lived, he made a memorable impression on someone’s life. He was a true “People Person”. He loved to travel and vacation in his motor home. Many weeks/weekends were spent camping in groups with his family. We will all reminisce around our campfires about him. Everything he attempted, he accomplished with extreme perfection, something we all strive to achieve. From his construction of large buildings, decks, model planes and Lego kits, his garden and yard, his printing business; it was all done with pride. He was never afraid to ask for help and in return, would help anyone who needed it. The lives he touched are numerous, the lessons he taught us are incredible, the memories we have shared are endless. Life will not be the same without him. We will miss his huge smile, his gentle nature, his big bear hugs, his sense of humour and the way he loved so Big! If you wish, donations would be greatly appreciated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Algonquin Grace Hospice. He will always and forever be in our thoughts and memories! Dad (Grumps, Gramps, Grandpa), we promise to keep you alive in our hearts and love Nana P extra hard! Cremation will take place. Due to COVID arrangements for celebration of life will be made available at a later date.
